The Association helps in preparing and sending inquiries on various issues of doing business, obtaining clarifications and opinions of government authorities: from tax legislation to issues in the field of labor law or related to the Eurasian Economic Union.

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) is a supranational governing body of the EAEU and the decisions of the commission are binding on the territory of the countries participating in the treaty. Currently, there are 25 departments within the EEC structure. 20 Advisory Committees have been created under them to develop proposals for the EEC Board and conduct consultations with representatives of national government bodies.
